Neurodiversity Training and Workplace Wellbeing
Prevention is better than the cure...
Are you looking for a tailored wellbeing package that takes a preventative approach to improve staff retention, reduced sickness levels and maximised performance? My proactive approach gives staff individual approach, aims to improve morale and helps staff to feel valued in the workplace.
What I Do?
Bespoke training can be devised specifically to your organisations needs to target specific areas that are unique to your team and business. I specialise in supporting neurodivergent staff by taking a whole team approach, providing one to one sessions and training to help increase understanding, aid communication and work with strengths within the team.
It is estimated that 1 in 7 people are neurodivergent. They are people who behave, think and learn differently compared to those who are neurotypical. There are lots of different conditions, common ones people are familiar with are Dyslexia , Autism , ADHD and acquired brain injuries. There are many strengths associated with these conditions
What Are Others Saying?
‘I’ve had Fiona as a supervisor for a few years now and have always been able to be really open in sessions. I find the sessions really productive and often come away with an action plan for what needs to happen next, usually things I’d not thought to consider myself, which really helps take the stress off things I’m worrying about.

‘Fiona has a vast amount of knowledge and experience supporting neurodiverse individuals, particularly those with a diagnosis of dyslexia, and has used this knowledge and skills when working with our students. She has also been particularly supportive in teaching strategies to newly diagnosed neurodiverse students.’

Every time we met Fiona’s acute instinct for identifying and finding solutions to problems never ceased to amaze me.
